Natalie Crandall
Natalie Crandall is a dynamic force in the world of dance, movement, and wellness.
Originally from Wisconsin, she moved to Arizona to attend the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, but her true calling was always dance.
Beginning her ballroom dance journey at just six years old, Natalie rose through the competitive ranks, turning professional at 23. Her dedication and artistry earned her numerous national and international titles as an amateur, and in a groundbreaking year, she secured three professional U.S. National Championship titles at once.
After retiring from competitive ballroom dancing, Natalie expanded her passion for movement beyond the dance floor. She became a certified yoga instructor and a rhythm cycling teacher, exploring how different modalities of movement could empower and inspire others. In 2020, her path led her to Kinrgy, the immersive dance and wellness program created by Julianne Hough, where she became a Founding Guide and a key figure in the program’s national franchise campaign.
She also toured with Tony Robbins, bringing the power of movement and energy to audiences worldwide, and has collaborated with top brands such as Alo Yoga and Meta.
Now, Natalie channels her expertise into coaching the next generation of competitive dancers while also judging and teaching at national convention circuits and running her own ballroom dance competition, Desert Sol Dancesport.
Bubbly, bright, and relentlessly driven, Natalie thrives on the energy of those around her. She believes in the power of movement to unlock potential, build resilience, and create joy. Whether coaching elite competitors, guiding beginners through their first dance steps, or developing innovative digital programs, Natalie’s passion shines through in everything she does—bringing movement, mastery, and magic to all.
